Completing Capture Certificates

I have listed below a few of the areas on Capture Certificates that boats have had a lot of trouble completing this season. It is requested that all skippers review their Capture Certificates prior to sending. If you are not sure on how to complete something I am more than happy for you to give me a call and we can discuss prior to you sending.

* Name of Angler - if there are multiple anglers and fish on the 1 page make sure that it is clear which angler caught which fish.
* Type of Member - Junior/Member/Honorary
* Type of Points - Central Zone, Points Score, Non Points Score or Away from home (Interclub and Central Zone weekends are points score, but anything else caught where the boat does not return to Botany bay is Away From Home. Read your Botany Bay Rules for details).
* Name of Boat -
* Date -
* Tag Number - If there isn't a spot (old capture books) write next to the species.

Capture/Tag & Release Certificate Procedure

If you have captured or tagged a fish on a point score day please ensure that the capture/tag & release cetificate is received by the Clubs Recorder (Craig Kermond) by no later than 7 days following a Pointscore day.
